Community-and faith-based organizations, Tribal Councils, local health departments, community health centers, hospitals, schools and other entities that can demonstrate experience and relationships in organizing culturally competent, health related activities focused on the five racial and ethnic minority populations served by the HDRMHS are eligible to apply for funding.
