Childrens Medicaid Behavioral Health Settlement
Background
On August 28, 2025, MDHHS received final court approval for the D.D. v. MDHHS (formerly K.B. v. MDHHS) settlement agreement. This litigation centers around timely provision of required Early Periodic Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT). The full settlement agreement can be found here.
