MDHHS will host two public hearings to provide and overview and discussion of the Healthy Michigan Plan §1115 Demonstration Waiver Request Amendment, where all interested parties will have an opportunity to provide comments.

2018 Healthy Michigan Plan Demonstration Waiver Extension Request Amendment Information
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is seeking public comment on its Healthy Michigan Plan §1115 Demonstration Waiver Extension Request Amendment, which can be found below. MDHHS has amended its Demonstration Extension Application previously submitted to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on December 6, 2017, and the proposed amendment changes are highlighted in red text.

PUBLIC HEARING
MDHHS will host two public hearings to provide an overview and discussion of the Healthy Michigan Plan §1115 Demonstration Waiver Extension Request Amendment, where all interested parties will have an opportunity to provide comments.
The hearings will be held:
July 31, 2018, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Michigan Library and Historical Center located at 702 W. Kalamazoo St., Lansing, Michigan. Remote access to the public hearing will also be available via webinar at the following link: https://somdhhs.adobeconnect.com/rpzae6byxyho/
August 1, 2018, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Cadillac Place located at 3068 W. Grand Blvd., Detroit, Michigan.
A sign language interpreter will be onsite during both hearings, and both locations are accessible buildings. A conference line will also be available for listening only during the hearings:
