June 25, 2026: Attention All Providers: Enrollment and Screening Requirements for Out of State or Beyond Borderland Providers: As a reminder, all providers and managed care entities who serve Michigan Medicaid beneficiaries are required to be screened and enrolled in the Community Health Automated Medicaid Processing System (CHAMPS).
Pursuant to 42 CFR §455 Subparts B & E, all in-state and out-of-state providers are to comply with screening and enrollment requirements to submit claims for services rendered to eligible Medicaid beneficiaries.
