June 29, 2026: Attention All Providers: Effective August 5th, 2026, MDHHS TPL will begin receiving a monthly file from Molina Marketplace. This file contains commercial Marketplace coverage information, which will be loaded directly into the CHAMPS TPL coverage records. The file does not include Molina Medicaid Health Plan information; Medicaid data is updated from a separate source outside of TPL. TPL will no longer update Molina Marketplace coverage records unless changes occur after the most recent eligibility file received directly from Molina.
Please note, Molina Marketplace plans are purchased through the Health Insurance Marketplace established under the Affordable Care Act, and coverage end dates may change frequently due to premium payments, grace periods, and retroactive disenrollments.
