March 19, 2026: Attention All Providers: As a reminder, as part of the upcoming CHAMPS system release will also include the new Prior Authorization changes per policy (MMP-26-02.pdf). As such requests for new Prior Authorizations (PA) and the new PA provider Communication function will not be available until Sunday March 22, 2026.
Training materials have been updated to include instructions on using these new features and can be found on the CHAMPS Prior Authorization website.
