Getting Started

Individual and agency providers must register for a MiLogin Business account in order to access the CHAMPS system. MiLogin requires users to have an email address in order to create an account. Watch this quick video to learn how to create a MiLogin Business account.

Don't have an email address? There are several email providers who offer an email address and services at no cost. A few popular email providers are listed below.

These commercial provider organizations are not affiliated with the State of Michigan. Your email messages will not be stored on the State of Michigan systems. 


All users within a provider's organization who need access to information within CHAMPS (Provider Enrollment, Electronic Service Verification, etc.) must obtain a MiLogin user ID and password. For MiLogin additional information visit MiLogin.

For users who need access to MiLogin Citizens, used by the general public not providers, review the MiLogin Citizen instructions.
