October 28, 2025: Attention CCBHC Providers: MDHHS is aware of CCBHC claims that were issued to a paid status but did not issue to the CHAMPS Remittance Advice (RA) or Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA/835) for pay cycle 43 (RA date 10/23/25). These claims have been pushed through and should issue to the next RA or 835.
