September 26, 2025: Attention All Providers: Due to fiscal year end on October 1, 2025, CHAMPS payments and paper remittance advice for pay cycle 40 will be issued on Tuesday September 30, 2025. Paper checks will begin to be mailed on Tuesday September 30, 2025 with electronic funds (EFTs) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA/835) issued on Wednesday October 1, 2025.
The CHAMPS pay cycle calendar has been updated to reflect these changes.
