Michigan Cardiovascular Disease Mortality Dashboard

Welcome to the Michigan Cardiovascular Disease Mortality Dashboard

Cardiovascular disease is a group of disorders of the heart and blood vessels, such as heart disease, stroke, deep vein thrombosis, and pulmonary embolism.

The MDHHS Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention Unit developed this interactive dashboard to enable members of the public to examine cardiovascular disease mortality among Michigan adults. It provides quick access to cardiovascular disease, heart disease, and stroke deaths and mortality rates at the state and county level, as well as demographics.

For more information about this dashboard, or if you need accessibility assistance reading any of the materials on this or other MDHHS Cardiovascular Disease Epidemiology webpages, please contact the MDHHS Chronic Disease Epidemiology Section at MDHHS-ChronicEPI@michigan.gov.
