CSHCS ALERT #10 - Magellan System Issue Update

Dear Colleagues,

Please be advised that a system’s issue has been identified in CHAMPS and as a result, some CSHCS client pharmacy records in the Magellan system are not updating properly during the nightly update. This issue began last month. Because of this problem, some clients may show that their coverage has been terminated, when making pharmacy purchases. The system defect is scheduled to be corrected next weekend in the November 10th emergency release. In the meantime, please work with the CSHCS Billing Specialist, Micki Smith, to manually process system corrections, if clients encounter problems. Micki can be reached at 517-241-8202.
