Colleagues,
Two weeks ago, the CSHCS Division identified and reported an issue within the Document Management Portal (DMP) to our vendor. We had anticipated that the issue would be resolved relatively quickly and not slow down our processes. However, by the end of last week the issue still had not been resolved. The issue has prevented us from processing documents that were uploaded into our system prior to 3/23/18, leading to delays in processing these documents. The issue only affected the work of the CSHCS Division, and not the work done in DMP by LHDs.
This past weekend the vendor was able rectify the problem. Division staff are working diligently to process all documents that have been submitted to CSHCS, including those that were impacted by this issue. It is important for our LHD colleagues to be aware that CSHCS Division experienced this issue. We fully understand the significance of this issue for our clients and for the work that you do in supporting our clients.
