February 25, 2026: Attention Clinic (FQHC, RHC, and THC) Providers: MDHHS has started adjusting Clinic claims that were incorrectly overpaid. Claims can be identified with the claim note “MIPRO-5252 Reprocessing. CEB. n=1261”. Adjustments will continue until they are completed. Refer to the original provider alert posted on August 7,2025 regarding overpayments for clinic excluded codes.
