For a faster turn-around time, providers can enter Prior Authorization using the Direct Data Entry (DDE) option in CHAMPS which is always the preferred method. During this outage use DDE, if assistance is needed review the Prior Authorization Submission Video or refer to the additional Prior Authorization resources.
