Fairness and Community Competency (FCC) Framework (REDI Curriculum Pathway)
TTA is founded on organizational change and involves 4 pillars:
- Learning opportunities
Facilitated workshops geared towards conceptualizing FCC and social fairness principles and beginning a pathway to action. - Technical Assistance
Identify technical assistance needs to support active implementation of a fair and community competency lens. - Building the Culture
Ongoing facilitated events, discussions, and activities geared towards building, reinforcing, and normalizing a culture of fairness, cultural competency and participatory integration. - Evaluation
Assess increased knowledge and monitor progress. Implement continuous quality improvement
