If you're feeling emotional distress due to the COVID-19 pandemic, get free, confidential support from a Michigan Stay Well counselor.
Dial 1-888-535-6136 and press "8" - available 24/7.
To help Michiganders through the mental health challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services offers emotional support through the Stay Well program (see options below).
