Mental Health Resources
A message to our followers:
The Stay Well program was originally set up to provide emotional support programming and resources during the COVID-19 pandemic. Because the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency has ended, the Stay Well program will also come to an end, effective December 31, 2023.
However, live programming will continue throughout November and December. Scroll down for registration links for these final live workshops! Or access our calendar here.
After December 31, a variety of Stay Well content will remain on the MDHHS website to continue providing mental wellness education and support to Michiganders.
If you are experiencing any kind of emotional distress and need someone to talk to, call or text 988 for 24/7 confidential support.
Don’t miss our final live and interactive grief-and-loss workshop series. Learn more and register here.
Teens: check out this final interactive workshop series to help you through the holidays.
Parents and caregivers: help your child build emotional intelligence in this last live weekly series.
