March 11, 2022 - Reporting of Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 at Schools - Rescission of October 6, 2020 Order

To accommodate changing circumstances as the state continues to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, it is appropriate to rescind certain emergency orders.

I therefore order that the Emergency Order dated October 6, 2020, available at Michigan.gov/coronavirus entitled "Reporting of Confirmed and Probable Cases of COVID-19 at Schools" is rescinded in its entirety. 

This order does not affect any proceedings or prosecutions based on the above order.

This Order is effective immediately.
