February 10 2026 MI Coordinated Health Reminder

February 10, 2026: Attention All Providers serving beneficiaries enrolled in the MI Coordinated Health (HIDE-SNP) program: As a reminder the MI Coordinated Health (MICH) is a Highly Integrated Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (HIDE-SNP) for Michigan residents with the goal to provide seamless access to high-quality care through coordination of services traditionally covered separately by Medicare and Medicaid. It offers a broad range of medical and behavioral health services, pharmacy, home and community-based services, and nursing home care—all in a single program designed to meet individual needs.

Beneficiaries enrolled in MI Coordinated Health must work directly with their assigned health plan for any enrollment or disenrollment requests. Alternatively, beneficiaries may contact 1-800-MEDICARE to discuss disenrollment options or alternative enrollment options.

Providers with questions related to services covered or beneficiary enrollment concerns, should contact the Managed Care Organization (HIDE-SNP) on file for the date of service MICH Contact List for Provider Contracting.
