 Voices in Action: Community Engagement Center

One of MiDDC's core values is to ensure the voices of people with disabilities are heard and considered in the policymaking process. MiDDC created the Voices in Action: Community Engagement Center as a resource to educate and empower people with disabilities and their families.

MiDDC encourages the public to use this resource to learn more about critical disability-related issues and share that information with elected officials and policymakers. The Voices in Action: Community Engagement Center can be used to:

  • Learn about current disability-related issues.
  • Build relationships with elected officials and educate them on the lived experiences of people with disabilities and their families.
